Case 03 · Live independent implementation
A live bilingual website for an independent local business, built from incomplete service, pricing, booking and policy information.
Independent project completed during a recent applied-work period. I turned incomplete owner input into scope, content structure, bilingual routes, QA, deployment and handover.

Strong service expertise and a clear visual identity already existed, but the public information was fragmented. Services, prices, booking, policies, visit details and public trust signals needed one source of truth that both customers and the owner could use.
Services, prices, policies, booking rules, location and public evidence
Remove contradictions and define owner-approved wording
Build the service hierarchy, customer journey and sequence of trust-building elements
Create bilingual, mobile-ready pages with accessible visible content
Keep booking links, reviews and business details under owner control
Collected services, prices, policies, booking rules, location details and approved public evidence.
Structured the bilingual service, trust, booking and policy journey for mobile use.
Reviewed content parity, links, responsive behaviour, metadata and deployment before release.
Prepared a maintainable source package, version notes and practical handover so routine updates remained manageable.
